Telling stories through media
S.O.S. Raw Media, which stands for Sisters of Storytelling Resilient Anointed Women, was founded by Majaii after she wrote Beauty from the Brokenness. What began as a personal healing journey grew into a purpose-driven platform dedicated to bringing awareness, healing, restoration, and truth to communities impacted by trauma, abuse, silence, and generational pain.
After walking through emotional struggles, mental hardship, the process of forgiveness, and learning how to heal through Christ, Majaii asked, "How can I help others if I cannot help myself?" Through faith, storytelling, writing, and self-reflection, she discovered that healing begins when truth is spoken and brokenness is no longer hidden.
Today, S.O.S. Raw Media is a community platform focused on raising awareness about child abuse, family trauma, mental health challenges, and the importance of protecting and listening to children. Its mission is to encourage families, schools, churches, and communities to become more aware, more engaged, and more willing to have the difficult conversations that can save lives and break generational cycles.
S.O.S. Raw Media also creates safe spaces for women and survivors who have experienced trauma, abuse, rejection, abandonment, and emotional pain. Through voices like Cameka, Deborah, Laressa, Z, and Majaii, the platform continues to build a movement centered on healing, empowerment, faith, restoration, and community support.
Through podcasts, live events, productions, music, books, spoken word, interviews, and community outreach, S.O.S. Raw Media uses storytelling as a powerful tool to educate, inspire, heal, and empower others to reclaim their voice and purpose.
This is more than media. This is a movement. A movement to bring awareness. A movement to break generational cycles. A movement to heal through truth, faith, love, and community.
